From the moment you call Sound-Infusion Entertainment, you will be treated with the highest degree of respect and professionalism, keeping in mind you are planning the biggest day of your lives together. It is our preference to “get to know” who we are working for.  Therefore, we prefer to meet with the bride and groom several weeks in advance of your reception, to assure all specifics are noted and ready to be placed into a well-orchestrated event time-line.

This time-line can be shared with your photographer, reception facility coordinator, caterer, musician staff, florist and additional vendors to allow for continuity and a comprehensive understanding of the reception time-line and expectations.  This is an extra service provided by us to ensure there is a thorough understanding about specific goals and reception priorities.
